Broken/Buggy
I've been running a test for almost 3 weeks, but the traffic distribution is broken. Support told me somehow it was only happening on my store, and their dev will fix it soon. But I have been waiting weeks for a fix. It's really frustrating to waste so much time and money for nothing.
Well built app with a present support team. I'm impressed by the depth of the analytics. It's helping us run some tests and settle on some pricing changes. Well done, guys.
